Catalogs with available selections are located in member school buildings.
Selections are scheduled Monday through Wednesday.
Selections are returned on Thursdays, while the next week's selections are picked up on Fridays by designated couriers.
School Name: Select your school from the drop down menu. Select miscellaneous if your school is not listed. Then add your school after your name in the Teacher Name box.
Teaching Name: Teacher using selection
Subject area: Use when applicable
Grade: Grade of class using video selection
Order Number: Located in Catalogs under selection title (ex: T00000)
Title: Selection Title in catalog (ex: Cell, Inside the)
Week Or Weeks Requested: Wk1- Month/ Monday of week using/ Year Wk2 and W3 use same procedure if video is needed for a second and third week.
Submit: Clicking on the submit button will automatically send your selections to the Regional Media Center.
