The schedule below has been set up in order to assist school bus drivers in the Brown/Cass/Morgan/Scott Region in making application to initially receive or renew their bus driver permits in a timely fashion.  Bus drivers should pre-register for the class they wish to attend by calling either of our offices one week prior to the class date.  School districts will be billed $4.00 for each driver attending and will be sent a Letter of Certification for each driver completing the course satisfactorily.  No money will be collected the day of the class.  All Initial Classes are on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and will be held in the Regional Office of Education’s Jacksonville office, 110 N. West Street.

Reminder:  As of 7/1/95, all new drivers must have an Initial bus-drivers class BEFORE a bus-driving permit can be issued.  Any new driver for this school year that has completed the Initial bus driver course must take the Refresher course within one year after the Initial class.
